Florian 2 drops this Friday.
Wale confirms the release of the sequel to his 2012 mixtape coming this week with an official trailer that arrived on Monday. Prior to the trailer’s drop, the “Lotus Flower Bomb” hitmaker updates fans on Twitter about the current status of his career, tweeting the following:

“What I been through the past two weeks is unreal. Imma take my losses and handle things different. My career has been defined by my mistakes so many times.. I refuse to make more even when they baiting me.”
The trailer shows previous Wale music videos and seconds as a highlight reel for the DC native’s accomplishments. Florian 2’s tracklist will include the latest tracks “Angles” featuring Chris Brown, “Poke It Out” featuring J. Cole and “Down South” featuring Yella Beezy and Maxo Kream. The original Florian project features Nipsey Hussle, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Scarface and French Montana.

Florian 2 arrives with a confident-more-than-ever Olubowale eager to showcase why he self-proclaimed himself “one of the greatest of all-time,” this Summer. Ahead of the new project, Wale has been featured on new music by Kash Doll, Rini, Tony Williams and EarthGang.
