Upcoming LA rapper Helecia Choyce, better known by her artistic name SKG, is making waves in the world of hip hop. The promising artist has just released her new album, “Unfinished Business”, in which she dedicates her cover to her older brother who passed away in 2018.
“Trayveon Choyce was my only sibling and an older brother that I decided to dedicate my album to.” Trayveon introduced SKG to music at a young age and the artist tells us that he taught her everything she knows about music and life.

One of the songs on the album ‘pray 4 me’ perfectly displays real raw emotion about things that she dealt with and how hard it was for her to lose her brother.”
SKG’s new album consists of 16 tracks with features from Boosie BadAzz, Paul Wall, Juvenile, Mistah F.A.B and Beenie Man, Mr Capone-E, AD, Compton AV just to name a few. The entire album is full of powerful tracks like ‘Fake Love’, ‘Super Soaker’, or ‘This and That’.
“I’m happy I was able to executive produce my album. I worked very hard to make sure I was able to make an Album that reflects my diversity and who I have evolved into as an artist. I hope everyone enjoys my album and I’m grateful for the opportunities that I created for myself.” SKG tells us.
