Young J $tacks have become one of the most exciting next up artists out of Connecticut.
The MC grew up watching his single mother struggle to provide for her kids which led him to drop out of school at 14 years old to work. Young J $tacks turned to the streets to chase after fast money, which meant he had to grow up fast.
The artist had a near death experience in 2010 that would change the trajectory of his life forever. While trying to defend his girlfriend’s sister from an abusive boyfriend Young J $tacks was shot in the head. The MC spent time in a coma, gaining a new perspective on life.
While the experience would normally set someone back, Young J $tacks has only used the outcome to better himself. Motivated with a fresh outlook, the artist made his debut on all major streaming platforms back in 2019.
Young J $tacks has been consistently releasing new music. He made his 2022 debut with his single ‘Trap God’ and is currently working on more music to release later this year.
