Adam Lopate: The Sky’s The Limit

Adam Lopate is a full-time real estate investor, educator and entrepreneur based out of Philadelphia. He grew up in a small town in Northwest New Jersey and went to college at Stockton University where he studied finance. When he completed school, he headed towards Philadelphia to search for bigger opportunities. Adam Lopate’s main full-time job is as a real estate investor. He is five years in the business and has over a hundred houses bought and sold. He started off with the Philadelphia market and has since moved on to Tampa, Florida and Baltimore, Maryland. Adam Lopate specializes in helping distressed owners by giving them cash for their house. He takes homes in all kinds of conditions and situations, seeing the value in each property. He then fixes them up and sells them himself. His second hustle is as a real estate educator. Adam Lopate has been an educator to over 65,000 students in the largest real estate discord and community.

Adam Lopate has had a lot of adversity along his path to greatness. He failed more times than succeeded and hit hurdles with the pandemic and the real estate industry shutting down. However, this never got him down. He worked tirelessly, sometimes even working overnights, to keep his dream alive. Adam Lopate was not given anything; he has earned everything he has which makes the lifestyle that much more worth it. Along with the challenges have also come great successes. His greatest success to date happened very recently where he completed his first six figure income deal on a property in Tampa, Florida. It has not jump started his ability to buy larger apartment buildings and enhance his portfolio.

Adam Lopate sees himself growing exponentially in the next five years. He sees himself growing his rental portfolio to a hundred units and teaching as many young investors as he can. He hopes to not only show people how to make it in the real estate game, but more importantly the right way to do it. Adam Lopate wants everyone to know the sky’s the limit and you can do anything you put your mind to, a mantra he lives by himself.
