Texas Fried Chicken? KFC is relocating its headquarters from Kentucky to join Pizza Hut in the Dallas suburb of Plano, TX.
According to CNN, KFC started at a motel in a small town in Kentucky before growing into the chicken giant it is today, with tens of thousands of franchises across 150 countries.
The move to Plano is part of the strategy to “foster greater collaboration among brands and employees.”
KFC will create a “first-of-its-kind flagship restaurant” for its home state.
