Andre Iguodala’s legacy with the Golden State Warriors was cemented Sunday night as his No. 9 jersey was raised to the Chase Center rafters following the team’s dominant 24-point win over the Dallas Mavericks.

A four-time NBA champion and 2015 Finals MVP, Iguodala became the 11th player in league history to achieve that feat, earning his place among the franchise’s all-time greats.

The celebration began before tipoff when Iguodala received a medallion on the Warriors’ Walk of Fame. Throughout the game, tribute videos highlighted his impact, leading up to a raucous ovation from Dub Nation when his jersey was unveiled.

Former Warriors General Manager Bob Myers, Head Coach Steve Kerr, and superstar Stephen Curry reflected on Iguodala’s influence—his leadership, unselfishness, and decision to join Golden State in free agency. Iguodala expressed gratitude to the organization and fans before taking a selfie in front of his newly retired banner, which was placed fittingly next to the late Wilt Chamberlain.
