This past week, the world’s first flying car, developed by US startup Alef Aeronautics, debuted. In a video online, the Model Zero prototype was seen flying over a parked car in California, the first real-world test of the concept.
“This drive and flight test represents an important proof of technology in a real-world city environment,” said Alef Aeronautics chief executive Jim Dukhovny to The Telegraph.
“We hope it will be a moment similar to the Wright Brothers’ Kitty Hawk video, proving to humanity that new transportation is possible.”
