
According to a TMZ report, Yella Beezy has been arrested in Texas and charged with capital murder in connection to the 2020 killing of rapper Mo3. The Dallas-based rapper was taken into custody on Thursday and is currently being held in jail.
According to court documents, Yella Beezy is accused of intentionally and knowingly causing the death of Melvin Noble, known professionally as Mo3, on Nov. 11, 2020.
Prosecutors allege that Yella Beezy hired Kewon White to carry out the murder, which took place on a Texas interstate. White is accused of using a firearm to shoot Mo3 fatally.
The case remains under investigation as authorities try to determine the full extent of Yella Beezy’s alleged involvement.
