Tyreek Hill and his wife, Keeta Hill, are headed for divorce. Keeta filed in the Miami area just one day after a domestic dispute call was placed from their home to police.
According to TMZ, police responded to an “assault in progress” at their home, which is occupied by his wife, his months-old daughter, and his mother-in-law. According to Keeta, Tyreek became “irritated” when she told him their couple’s therapy sessions weren’t working. Hill then reportedly slammed a computer, grabbed their daughter, and walked over to the balcony of their 35th-floor residence. Keeta’s mother placed the phone call, stating Hill is “very aggressive and impulsive” and “has anger issues.”
“On Monday, we were informed that the police were called to Tyreek Hill’s home, and after conversations with Tyreek and members of his family, the police departed the residence without further incident and the case was closed,” a Miami Dolphins spokesperson said in a statement, per NBC Miami. “We have since been in communication with Tyreek and the NFL and will have no further comment on the matter.”
