Diddy Reportedly Continued Freak Offs After The FBI Raids

Diddy Partners with DJ Khaled to Announce New 'Diddy Direct' Platform

Despite federal raids on his Miami and Los Angeles properties, Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly continued organizing so-called “freak offs,” according to testimony in his ongoing sex trafficking case.

An anonymous witness, identified only as “Jane,” testified that the music mogul resumed hosting wild sex parties in May, July, and August of 2024, months after the FBI executed search warrants at his homes in March. Jane claims that male sex workers were hired for these events and that she remained in a relationship with Combs until his arrest in September 2024.

Meanwhile, Combs’ legal team is pressing for a mistrial. His attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, submitted a formal complaint to Judge Arun Subramanian, accusing the prosecution of “prosecutorial misconduct.” Shapiro argues that the government presented knowingly false testimony regarding an incident in which Combs allegedly dangled Bryana Bongolan over a balcony at singer Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016.

In a letter to the court, Shapiro stated, “The government has presented testimony that it knew or should have known was materially false… related to its allegation that Mr. Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment.”

She further noted that Combs was staying at the Trump Hotel in New York City from September 24 to 29, 2016, providing evidence through travel records already submitted to the court. These documents, labeled GX7Y111, reportedly contradict the timeline of the alleged incident.

Judge Subramanian has not yet ruled on the mistrial motion, opting to delay a decision as witness testimony continues.
