Born in Columbia, South Carolina and now rooted in Charlotte, DJ Carolina X has officially surpassed the 20-year milestone of an impressive career that spans radio, nightlife, and global entertainment. With over a decade of experience on the airwaves under the banners of iHeartRadio and Radio One, Carolina X has become a trusted name in music across the Southeast and beyond.
His résumé includes collaborations with world-renowned brands and organizations like the NFL, FIFA, WWE, AEW, and the NBA, along with standout performances at some of Charlotte’s most talked-about events including Souled Out Dates and Better Luck Tomorrow. His upcoming projects include the much-anticipated Area 704 Fest and RNB After Dark—an international venture created by IAmCiti and Naha Nites by Huncho in Japan.
This summer, he and other top DJs in the Carolina’s are curating one of the most exciting DJ experiences in the region: Blend Fest 2025, happening Sunday, August 17th at Stats in Charlotte. Featuring a powerhouse lineup of top DJs from across the Carolinas, the event promises a genre-spanning celebration designed to honor the role of DJs as the heartbeat of nightlife, festivals, and culture.
On the music front, DJ Carolina X has joined forces with fellow Carolina artist 3n33ce under Major Music / ROC Nation Distribution. After linking up at the Charlotte Hornets’ Music Industry Night, the duo has released their single “Q3”, now available on all streaming platforms. With additional heat on deck like “Copy Paste,” “Stretch Her Out” feat. El Doggin, and “Animal,” the pair are positioning themselves to shake up the industry.
