Fivio Foreign has been released from a New Jersey jail. He was released on Aug. 1 and sentenced to probation. Foreign was accused of pulling a gun on a woman, eventually pleading to terroristic threats.
According to TMZ, Bergen County PIO revealed the rapper was sentenced to time served for his 196 days in jail and three years of probation.
The event leading to the charges occurred in January, when Fivio was accused of pulling a gun on a woman.
Fivio’s attorney, Adam Lustberg of Lustberg Law Offices, states Fivio was facing a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 20 years due to his record. As part of his probation, he must maintain a clean drug test record and avoid any new offenses.
