Cardi B Takes to NYC Streets to Promote ‘Am I The Drama?’ Album

We are just over a week out from Cardi B’s second album, Am I The Drama? Cardi’s latest promotional effort took her straight to the streets of New York City, setting up shop on the sidewalk, laying her album on sheets and attempting to sell them to those walking by.

“My label said I gotta get out in these streets and sell this album,” Cardi said on Instagram.

Last week, Cardi B used images from her civil suit for alternate covers for her upcoming album, Am I the Drama?

The options, currently available on Cardi’s webstore, include three versions for $10.

Rapper Cardi B has won a civil lawsuit, with a jury finding her not liable. Following the verdict, she expressed gratitude to her legal team, the jury, the judge, and the press. She also thanked her supporters and highlighted the personal toll the case took on her, including missing significant moments with her children.

Cardi B adamantly maintained her innocence, stating she did not touch the woman who sued her. She used the opportunity to send a strong message, warning she will counter-sue anyone who files a “frivolous lawsuit” against her, emphasizing that celebrities are not “easy targets” for people seeking money. She stressed that she works hard for her money and would not simply give it away.

She also requested that her fans not harass the other party on social media and urged everyone to move on from the situation. She concluded by thanking the witnesses and everyone who supported her throughout the legal battle.
