What’s with people saying Hip-Hop brings nothing to the table? Well, in continuing to give back Maybach Music Group and event promotor Lenny the Barber are taking a large portion of the concerts proceeds and donating Team Hope. The donations will go to benefit the Atlantic City struggling youth community.
On Team Hope:
Originally founded by NJ State Assemblyman Benjie E. Wimberly, Team Hope reaches hundreds of families in New Jersey each year. “Our objective is to inject a sense of hope into the hip hop community that will empower young people through music and ignite the passion to pursue their goals.” stated Lenny. In an effort to create awareness, they have begun running contests and giveaways to young people who are pursuing higher education.
