Brady Watt announces his highly anticipated compilation album LIFETRONICS with the release of his first single “Thunderman.” The track features hip hop legend and frequent collaborator Talib Kweli and emcee on the rise NIKO IS over the cosmic but primal, hard-hitting instrumental produced by Watt himself.

Whether or not you recognize the name, you know Brady’s work. In the past year the Harlem-based “bass-toting production sage” (Okayplayer) has been collaborating with young one-day rap royalty like Joey Bada$$ and Denzel Curry, produced Smoke DZA’s last two releases “Malverde” featuring Dom Kennedy and “Leana Horns”, and continues to perform constantly.

“I basically wake up every day, get coffee, meditate, and then start creating,” Watt says.

The entire album was recorded in his Harlem Brownstone. “Throughout the day musicians and artist friends of mine will come through to kick it and contribute if the timing is right. The recordings happened naturally. The only task was making the stuff into a body of work. Also making sure I didn’t give all my beats away,” Brady laughs.
