The Filipino actor/TV host has gained of 693,000 Instagram followers and is named “King Of Makeup Transformation.” People have spent thousands of dollars on surgery in hopes of looking like Kim K., and with some contour and eyeshadow, Paolo can make it happen in one sit down; that’s mind blowing!
