An 18-year old boy learned about drinking all the orange juice in the house the hard way. As in, his father shot him because of it.
According to The Advocate, 58-year old Eldridge Dukes was arguing with his son early Sunday morning about the lack of OJ in the house. The teen then broke a vase in the house, which triggered his father to get his gun.
The victim began running down the street when Dukes shot three bullets at his son hitting him in the buttocks. The victims wounds are not life threatening, and he is expected to live. Dukes was charged with attempted manslaughter and illegal use of a dangerous weapon.
