Kylie Jenner is under fire for her popular cosmetic line, Kylie Cosmetics.
Since its grand opening nine months ago, business has been booming for Jenner. Her lipkits have sold out successfully every time. For makeup enthusiasts it’s a nightmare trying to get a hold of one. But it seems like customer satisfaction isn’t mirroring the high numbers.
According to the Better Business Bureau, the company is now rated “F” due to consumer satisfaction ratings. The company has nearly 137 unresolved complaints against since it started.
There have been many issues with the line, such as people’s packages being stolen and plundered through. Many people have said they reached out to customer service but have not been offered a reimbursement or even heard back regarding their complaints.
Jenner had just recently done a major restock and this past week alone, 10 more people have complained about service and delivery. Let’s hope she works things out sooner than later.
