Oakland’s Ricky Styles is the hottest new artist coming out of the Bay Area. Known for his 2018 hit “Blxck Party”, Sada Baby is the hottest new artist right now coming out of Detroit. Today, the two new sensations premieres with The Source the new “street anthem” called “Caught A Body”.
Directed by YT510 Filmz, Sada Baby takes a trip to the Bay Area to link up with Ricky and his gang of paper chasers for some progressive street antics and money makin’ schemes. Produced by DJ Buddyepps, “Caught A Body” is aggressive, energetic and appealing as it connects two very influential regions in today’s Hip Hop.
“I met Sada Baby at the club called, ‘The Roc’ in the Bay Area,” says Ricky Styles on meeting Sada Baby. “We was coming outside and my producer DJ Buddyepps said Sada Baby outside. So we walked up on him and said we wanna do a record with you. So we tapped in with him and did the song and video the same night.”
The new collaboration will appear on Styles forthcoming project, White Lines. Slated for a late-2019 release, the new single is available now via Dollar Sign Records.
“Caught A Body” is the direct follow-up to Ricky Styles April released album, TroubleMaker. The 8-track collaboration between Styles and DJ Buddyepps, featuring breakout hits “Chip”, “On Yo Head” and “Mob”.
