From a young age, Somnium had developed a love of the video arts. He used to pass time recording videos for his friends during the dancehall age in the NYC area and later upload them to YouTube. At a very young age, his work was very well received which inspired him to dive deeper into his craft. Later in his teen years, he took a break from photography and video work to focus on graphic design – working from a graphic design firm helping them create adverts and materials for clients. With this new-found knowledge, Somnium picked up a camera again and entered the world of glamour photography.
