In addition to Elliott and the Cowboys, there has been a small unit of Houston Texans to also test positive, ESPN reports.

In response to the report, Elliott hit Twitter wondering why his medical condition was public, citing the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. However, HIPAA only applies to health care providers.

“Due to federal and local privacy laws, we are unable to provide information regarding the personal health of any of our employees,” the Cowboys said in a statement. “We are following all CDC, local and NFL guidelines to keep our facilities safe, including limiting employee access.”
