The signing was confirmed by The Athletic. The Nets become the latest home for J Crossover following his last stint with the Suns. The Athletic notes Crawford is available to be added to a roster because he was on a roster last year and on a team that was not invited to the bubble.

Crawford announced his arrival on the Nets by quoting JAY-Z’s “Brooklyn Go Hard.”

Just last year Crawford put up 50, which left many fans wondering why Crawford did not get a call earlier. He spoke on the snub on Sirius XM.

“For me, I don’t think it comes down to whether I can play or not,” Crawford said. “Besides the 51-point game, I averaged, you know, over 30 points in the month of April, which is my highest-scoring month in my 19-year career. So I don’t think it comes down to that. The year before that, I won teammate of the year, and I don’t think it comes down to character. At that point, it’s out of my hands.”

The Orlando games are set to begin at the end of the month.
