Ayex Amiri and Julius Darrington Share Their Experiences As Founders Of Fix Entertainment and AudioDream Records

Ayex Amiri and Julius Darrington have been in the industry for years. Through their time, they have seen the way labels should work as well as ways they shouldn’t work. Through this they decided to team up and form their own venture together.  Through this they have helped countless artists not only turn their passions into a full time craft, but also help develop their careers as better artists.
Serial entrepreneur Ayex Amiri and music executive Julius Darrington have recently secured a 20 million dollar private investment from BKR Solutions and joined forces on a new venture record label Fix Entertainment/AudioDream Records. Through this new venture the two partners will be bringing a fresh new taste to the music industry.
Julius Darrington first drew an interest in starting a label through his past experience in the music industry. He noticed that there was power in owning portions of music when creating. When asked about why he does it, he said that he wants to teach others the value of ownership so that they can hold on to it for generations to come.
When it comes to structural approach, Ayex Amiri stated that the label is supposed to be like one big family. On this topic he said, “One thing about our label is we’re more like family than a business. We actually care about our artist. I want to see our artists become successful, therefore we treat them like partners and give them the best deals possible in the music industry win-win for everyone.” This mindset that Ayex Amiri and his partner Julius Darrington share has been one of the biggest reasons for their success. Artists see the two businessmen as genuinely trying to help them rather than make a quick check.
Good intentions are always an artist’s first sign if they sign to a label or not. Through Ayex and Julius’s experience, they have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. They now seek out not only to provide fair deals, but a family experience through Fix Entertainment and AudioDream Records.
