Portland’s Damian Lillard Is the NBA’s ROY
Weber State album and Portland Trailblazer Damian Lillard will be the NBA’s Rookie of the Year. Lillard played in all 82 of the Trailblazers’ games averaging 38.6 minutes of play, 19 ppg, 6.5 ast, and 3.1 rpg. Lillard’s 38.6 minutes of play per game was the highest in the league.
