LiAngelo Ball is facing accusations from his ex-girlfriend, Nikki Mudarris, after she revealed that he allegedly left her and their children for a new woman. Mudarris, a star on Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood, took to Instagram on February 8 to share her side of the story and express her shock over the situation.
“I want to clear this up and speak my truth. I am just as surprised as you are,” she wrote in an emotional post. “We spent 3 1/2 years together and last week he decided to walk out on his kids and I.” The 34-year-old, who shares son LaVelo, 1, and daughter LaNiyah, 2 months, with the former NBA player, went on to explain how devastated she felt by Ball’s actions.
Mudarris also claimed that Ball informed her he had “someone else pregnant (allegedly) and now is creating a new life with her.” The Love & Hip-Hop star admitted his departure blindsided her, adding, “We were just happy and planning family photos – I am beyond blind-sighted by this whole thing. The ultimate betrayal is not even the word. My daughter is not even 2 months old and dealing with this and postpartum is very hard. Please pray for me & my healing because I will get through this.”
Despite her heartbreak, Mudarris emphasized the importance of staying strong for her children. “I have to be strong for my kids but I have absolutely no words. Karma is real and God don’t like ugly. I hope it was worth losing his family,” she shared.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Mudarris provided further details, claiming that the woman Ball left her for was older than she was. She also criticized the way Ball allegedly broke the news, calling his actions “coward pathetic sht” and adding, “Anyways back to my KIDS. That’s all that matters. I’m done giving this sht my attention.”
The woman Ball is reportedly now involved with also took to social media, accusing Mudarris of “playing the victim” and alleging that she does not have custody of her children. The new partner further claimed that Mudarris had used racial slurs.
Ball, who began dating Mudarris in 2022 after they met at Runyon Canyon, has not publicly responded to the allegations. However, he did share an Instagram post featuring his new partner, confirming that he has moved on.
Mudarris and Ball’s relationship had seemed strong, with the couple celebrating the birth of their daughter, LaNiyah, in December. In an Instagram post, Mudarris had written, “& Then there was 4 LaNiyah Nicole Ball. Born December 3, 1:43am. Welcome to the world baby girl. Thank you for choosing me to be your mommy. I will forever guide and protect you. Feeling overly blessed and complete. Thank you, God.”
