A Boosie Badazz show in Akron, Ohio, ended in gunfire. The shots rang out as Boosie was on stage performing.
According to TMZ, three people were injured in the club shooting. Akron PD Deputy Chief Michael Miller confirmed the shots happened while the “Set It Off” rapper was on stage. The video shows Boosie ducking for cover and scrambling from the stage.
The event happened at the Field House Lounge, and the gunman is believed to have slipped by security at a side door with the weapon.
Two men, ages 18 and 36, were injured with wounds to the torso. A third was grazed outside. The shooter fled the scene but was believed to have gotten into an issue with another person in the crowd, leading to the firing of a semiautomatic weapon. Boosie was not the target.
Boosie was in Akron, near Cleveland, for the Millenium Tour after-party.
