Actor and comedian Anthony Anderson is the latest celebrity to fall victim to a home break-in in Los Angeles. The LAPD has confirmed that three men broke into Anderson’s primary residence in the Encino neighborhood on Sunday night.

At the time of the incident, Anderson was not home. He was attending a fundraiser in Palm Springs for his foundation, which supports students at his alma mater, Howard University.

The break-in was reported by ABC7, with Anderson confirming to Eyewitness News that the residence targeted was indeed his main home. As of now, it’s unclear whether the intruders stole any items. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The LAPD continues to investigate, and no arrests have been made.

Anderson, known for his roles in Black-ishLaw & Order, and numerous film and television projects, has not made a public statement beyond confirming the break-in. The incident adds to a growing list of celebrity homes in L.A. targeted by burglars in recent years.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact LAPD’s Valley Bureau.
