Ye Faces New Accusations After Former Asst Claims ‘Swatting’ Following Lawsuit

Ye, the artist and entrepreneur formerly known as Kanye West, is once again under legal scrutiny. His former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused him of orchestrating a disturbing swatting incident shortly after she filed a lawsuit against him. While Ye’s legal team is calling the claims “absurd and outlandish,” Pisciotta says the aftermath of working for the star has left her in fear for her safety.

“She is suffering and has been suffering since she began working for Mr. West,” Pisciotta’s attorney Arick Fudali told the BBC. “It’s really sad – she’s gone through a lot.”

According to her amended legal filing, Pisciotta alleges that shortly after taking legal action in June, she became the target of multiple emergency response calls to her home, including one report falsely accusing her of murdering her mother. In addition to the swatting allegations, she says she also received menacing phone calls pressuring her to abandon the case.

Ye’s spokesperson pushed back in a statement to Complex, asserting that Pisciotta’s complaint is not credible. “Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced. Each new revision contradicts the others and is more absurd than all previous claims combined. We cannot know if Ms. Pisciotta genuinely believes her fabrications, but this latest chapter of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present, and future testimony.”

Pisciotta’s legal team, which also includes attorney Lisa Bloom, believes Ye’s own online behavior could come back to haunt him in the courtroom. Bloom referenced a since-deleted post on socials in which Ye wrote: “WHY DID I NEVER F*** LAUREN PISCIOTTA SHE SMELLED FUNNY AND HALF OF THE NBA CAN ATTEST TO THAT.” Bloom argues that the statement is not only damaging but could also be a significant point of evidence if the case goes to trial.

Crazy times for Ye seem to keep going down hill.
