Vlogger Milagro Gramz Ordered to Pay Megan Thee Stallion $5,000 for Defying Court Order

A federal judge has ordered gossip vlogger Milagro Gramz to pay Megan Thee Stallion $5,000 for defying a court order to turn over her social media passwords and text messages. This development comes two weeks after Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team demanded sanctions against the vlogger for her non-compliance.

According to legal documents, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida is compelling Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, to cover fees incurred by Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyers. These fees are associated with efforts to force the disclosure of Cooper’s texts and other potential evidence crucial to the ongoing lawsuit.

Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team suspects that important text messages and WhatsApp messages may have been tampered with, though the judge has yet to issue a ruling on that specific issue. The rapper’s lawyers had previously claimed that Gramz missed a May 27 deadline to provide digital records, including private messages and metadata relevant to her public accusations against the artist. Despite formal requests, they assert that Gramz has failed to submit any of the required information.

In addition to the financial penalty, Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team is pushing for the court to compel immediate compliance from the vlogger and to waive any objections she might raise regarding the disclosure.

Megan Thee Stallion’s lawsuit against Milagro Gramz, alleging a “campaign of harassment” against the rapper, was originally filed last year.
