The list, selected based on streaming data, cultural impact, and editorial insight, includes “Ordinary” by Alex Warren, “Shake It To The Max (FLY) – Remix” by MOLIY, Silent Addy, Skillibeng & Shenseea, “Love Me Not” by Ravyn Lenae, “Manchild” by Sabrina Carpenter, and “back to friends” by sombr.
Spotify notes that this summer’s soundtrack felt more personal and vulnerable than in past years, leaning into emotionally charged songwriting rather than carefree anthems. Data supports the shift, marking Summer 2025 as the least danceable and lowest-energy season for music in the past decade.
