Ye is reportedly unhappy with Kim Kardashian after their daughter North West was seen in what he felt was an inappropriate outfit.
According to a source reported to Globe, the rapper believes the look crossed a line.
The insider reportedly shared with Globe that Ye feels strongly about the matter. “He thinks his 12-year-old daughter is way too young to be parading around like this,” the source said. “It needs to stop or he’ll raise hell with the lawyers.”
The source added that Ye’s frustration is rooted in feeling like he has no say in the situation. “He hates being out of control and unable to exert his influence,” the insider explained. “He’s ranting and raving about this, saying Kim’s crossed the line and he’s not going to stand for it.”
Still, the situation comes with some irony. The insider pointed out that Ye has long been known for encouraging bold and revealing styles with the women in his life. “It’s ridiculously ironic that Kanye’s not happy about this, given the fact he dresses [wife] Bianca in revealing outfits seven days a week and encouraged Kim to push the envelope with sexy barely-there fashion choices the entire time they were together,” the source noted.
The source reportedly also emphasized “Nobody could possibly pick on North for choosing an edgy style either, she’s grown up around it her entire life,” the insider said.
