Jake Paul and Gervonta “Tank” Davis are officially set to face off for the first time ahead of their blockbuster fight this fall. The two stars will hold back-to-back press conferences in New York City and Atlanta to promote their upcoming Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and Netflix event.
The first press conference is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, at the Palladium Theater in New York City. Doors open at 5 p.m. ET, with the event kicking off at 6 p.m. ET. Hosted by combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani, the media event will feature Jake “El Gallo de Dorado” Paul, undefeated three-division world champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis, and MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian.
The second press conference will take place the following day, Thursday, September 18, at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. The lineup will again feature Paul, Davis, and Bidarian, with select undercard fighters also expected to appear. Doors open at 5 p.m. ET, with the press conference beginning at 6 p.m. ET.
Both media events will set the stage for what promises to be one of the most talked-about boxing matches of the year. Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) continues his rise as a global superstar in the fight game, while Davis (30-0-1, 28 KOs) enters the matchup with an unblemished record and a reputation as one of the sport’s most dangerous finishers.
The fight is scheduled for Friday, November 14, and will take place live from Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, streaming globally exclusively on Netflix. Fans looking to secure tickets can sign up for presale access now, with tickets officially going on sale Thursday, September 18, at 1 p.m. ET.
With Paul’s crossover appeal and Davis’s championship pedigree, this high-stakes showdown is already shaping up to be one of boxing’s biggest events of 2025.
