Styles P Fires Shots At Adam22 For Joking About Hocus 45th’s “Drop My Flag” Challenge

Hocus 45th recently introduced the “Drop My Flag” challenge, an initiative aimed at reducing gang violence and encouraging peace in communities. The Bronx rapper’s call for unity quickly gained traction, but it also drew controversy when podcaster Adam22 made light of the movement in a video that many felt was disrespectful.

Adam22 posted a clip joking about the challenge, tying it to an unrelated and offensive story. After facing backlash, he defended himself in the comments, saying: “It was a joke about some gay sh*t some dudes did. Hocus acting like I was dissing him and members in general is pure clout chasing. You too smart to be falling for this one unc.”

The explanation didn’t sit well with Styles P, who took to Instagram to make it clear that mocking an effort to steer young people away from violence wasn’t acceptable.

“I don’t give two sh*ts about what’s going on with you and Hocus,” Styles wrote. “What you ain’t gonna do is have young kids thinking it ain’t cool to get on the straight and narrow.”

The LOX veteran continued with a direct message to Adam22 and anyone in his circle:

“Whoever is Black and is homeboys with the goofy white boy who mocked putting down the flags for gang members, he must think y’all btches. Better g-check that sht and tell him shut his mouth when he see Black men trying to help Black babies.”

Styles P closed his statement by urging accountability and demanding an apology: “What he is trying to do and doing represents a different type of evil. Y’all brothers around him better g-check that sht or you are even more responsible and accountable than he is. If he don’t make an apology to the culture and race and actually mind his business from this point on, every Black man that stands with him or besides him is a fcking coward!”

With Hocus 45th pushing for change through the “Drop My Flag” challenge, Styles P made it clear that the movement should be respected and supported, not mocked.
