4batz Returns With New Mixtape 'Still Shinin' Featuring Leon Thomas, FLO, and Maxo Kream

Following the momentum of his 2024 breakout project U Made Me A St4r, Dallas artist 4batz has released his highly anticipated mixtape Still Shinin. Spanning 15 tracks, the project showcases his range through smooth production, melodic storytelling, and standout collaborations with Leon Thomas, FLO, Zillionaire Doe, and Maxo Kream.

The mixtape begins with “act ix: too dam young,” a reflective opener filled with mellow instrumentation and steady rhythms. It quickly builds energy with “act xi: she ain’t no angel” featuring Leon Thomas, a soulful track that highlights 4batz’s versatility. He then teams up with UK R&B group FLO on a nostalgic cut that samples Ready for the World’s classic “Tonight,” blending ’80s romanticism with modern textures. Later, “act xvii: done sippin” featuring Maxo Kream taps into Dallas hip hop grit while maintaining smooth melodic layers.

Alongside the release, 4batz shared the official video for “act xi: she ain’t no angel” with Leon Thomas, directed by Ralph Canono. The visual follows the duo from a lively party scene to rooftop moments with their crew, cutting between color and black-and-white shots as they perform together.

With Still Shinin, 4batz cements his reputation as one of music’s rising voices, effortlessly bridging the worlds of R&B, hip hop, and nostalgic throwbacks while pushing his artistry to new heights.
