Foot Locker is returning to NBA All-Star 2026 for the third straight year, launching its most ambitious activation yet: the ‘Foot Locker Takeover’ in downtown Los Angeles. This immersive experience at L.A. LIVE will unite “highly anticipated sneaker drops, top athletes, creator-led content, and community programming” to celebrate basketball culture.

The event features dedicated zones for global brands such as Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, and PUMA. Fans can interact with superstars such as Jayson Tatum and Lonzo Ball while accessing exclusive drops like the Jordan Retro 4 Lakeshow and the Anthony Edwards 2.
“For decades, Foot Locker has built a legacy at the intersection of basketball, culture, and community,” said Brett O’Brien, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Foot Locker North America. “We’re proud to return to basketball’s biggest stage with programming and product that reflect our deep-rooted heritage in the game and our commitment to the communities that shape it. By bringing together top athletes, creators, and local voices in Los Angeles, ‘Foot Locker Takeover’ reinforces our authenticity—celebrating culture, investing in community, and maintaining our leadership as the go-to destination for high-heat launches and the next generation of basketball fans.”
Beyond retail, the event includes ‘The Clinic’ for skills challenges, a PUMA Hoops Drive-in Cinema, and a New Era ‘Cap Spa’. Foot Locker is also supporting the 2026 NBA HBCU Classic, with the Foot Locker Foundation donating $25,000 each to Hampton University and North Carolina A&T.
The takeover runs February 12 through February 15 at L.A. LIVE, ensuring fans experience the heart of basketball culture in the City of Angels.
