VH1 is premiering a new reality series called “The Gossip Game” in April and we’re not going to act like we didn’t know something was going on. With a cast that includes The Source’s Editor In Chief Kim Osorio, it’s only right that Thesource.com give you the inside scoop (that is when we get it, of course). While KO has been very secretive about the details, we’ve learned through a press release that the series also stars Angela Yee, co-host of Power 105’s “Breakfast Club,” K. Foxx, co-host of Hot 97’s morning show, journalist Sharon Carpenter, freelance writer Jas Fly, and bloggers Ms. Drama of her own Ms. Drama TV blog and DaNYCgossipgirl of Hiphopgossipsite.com. Though Kim’s been seen walking around the office with hair and makeup on more than one occasion, there’s been no signs of any ratchetness (trust, we will call her out on it if we do see it). According to a press release, VH1 says The Gossip Game is about seven female media personalities who they describes as rivals who “forge an uneasy alliance of friendly foes” while they chase the latest gossip stories in the Hip-Hop world. The show airs on April 1st at 9PM.
