The rapper of ‘CoCo’ fame, apparently has some outstanding law problems, but not what you’d think…
O.T. Genasis was arrested March 25 (Wednesday night), after being stopped in L.A for running a red light, according to TMZ. The police discovered he had multiple outstanding warrants…for other traffic violations.
After being pulled over, and the arrest subsequently made, he was taken to the nearest district station and booked on charges; a lesson on paying traffic tickets he learned the hard way.
Though he’s never been linked to any “CoCo” legalities, he has spoken on negative backlash from the song.
When my son’s teacher hits me and says, “He has baking soda. What does that mean?” I’m like, “Oh, my gosh. It’s hard for me to run away from [it].” But I ain’t really catch no criticism yet. It’s what the song is about. I’m prepared for it.
“CoCo” is still 65th on Billboard’s Hot 100 as of this week.
