The media frenzy Rachel Dolezal pretending to be an African-American during her tenure as president of the Spokane chapter of the NAACP quickly gave way to the terrorizing shooting that took place last Wednesday at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina. However, former Saturday Night Live standout, Maya Rudolph, who many may remember from her infamous impersonation of Beyonce, isn’t done.
During her time on Late Night with Seth Myers, Rudolph, donning a (purposely) poorly put together faux-fro wig, pokes fun at the now viral clip of Dolezal claiming she didn’t “understand the question” when a reporter questioned her ethnicity, and that of her father, prior to being outed as Caucasian.
