NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal has never been one to hold his tongue and that has sometimes put him in some precarious situations. O’Neal is admittedly and die hard Dallas Cowboys fan and when he called into The Rich Eisen Show, he might have gone a bit too far in his loyalty for the team.
The Cowboys have been struggling for most the 2015 season. After losing both quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant to injury, the franchise is currently sitting at last place in the NFC east at 2-5. Though Bryant returned to the line up this past Sunday, the boys still fell short against the Seattle Seahawks.
When speaking with Eisen, Shaq Diesel seemed certain that his team would make it to the postseason.
I guarantee we’ll [the Cowboys] win one of the next two without Tony, and I’m guaranteeing we’ll make the playoffs. If we don’t make the playoffs, I’ll come with a Dallas Cowgirls suit with pom poms in 10 seconds.I will come, I will walk out for 10 seconds, let everybody take pictures, make fun, then I got to leave. 10 seconds is all you get. The skirt, pom poms and a blonde ponytail wig.
As wild as it would be for a 7 foot 1, 300+ pound man to wear a wig and cheerleader outfit, the likelihood of the Cowboys making the playoffs is very slim.
