Nipsey Hussle is currently working on his forthcoming 5th studio album, Victory Lap, after enjoying a recent winning streak that saw Jay Z snatch up 100 copies of his Crenshaw album, which the Cali rapper sold for $100 a pop, and Mailbox Money, 100 copies of which were sold at an eye-popping $1,000 price point, which didn’t deter fans of Neighborhood Nip from gobbling them up almost immediately.
There’s no telling what marketing scheme Nipsey will employ this time around, but for now, enjoy the newest single off the album, “Thug Life,” featuring Young Thug, who ditches his roller coaster psychedelic persona in favor of the more even-keel, soulful vibe Nipsey’s new sounds require.
