The singer is being sued by a promoter in Atlanta for allegedly breaching contract. The promoter, Jeremy Hill, says the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour conflicts with performance dates that she previously agreed to. According to TMZ, Hill booked Evans to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on September 10 before she was scheduled to perform with Bad Boy in Atlanta on September 8.

He said he already paid Evans $17,500 and she signed a contract containing a non-compete clause, preventing her from performing within 100-mile radius of the amphitheater for six months, which the Bad Boy show reportedly violates. He also claims Evans backed out of their deal once she signed on with Bad Boy.
