Kodak Black was found guilty of violating his house arrest and may be going back to jail for up to eight years.

Kodak had several violations including going to a strip club without his probation officer’s permission and allegedly assaulting a bartender. However, a witness testified on Kodak’s behalf saying he didn’t assault anyone and that he actually got assaulted when the bartender grabbed his genitals according to UpRoxx.

He also violated house arrest by appearing in Miami-Dade strip club for Adrien Broner’s boxing, again without his probation officer’s permission. His failure to complete anger management classes after getting kicked out of a session for excessively burping was also a violating of his probation. But thats not the worse part — he allegedly grabbed the counselor to prevent her from calling the police when he refused to leave.

Judge Thomas M. Lynch made the ruling on Wednesday [April 26], which came as a shock to some. Considering that he had a witness who cleared him of one situation, and he claimed the Miami-Dade strip club appearance was work related.

The “Tunnel Vision” rapper has been behind bars since February, and we have to wait until May 4th to find out the verdict.
