The Internet Hip-Hop community rejoiced at the news that Cardi B and Offset have reunited and will continue their relationship, however, the rap queen says the report is false. It was stated the duo was continuing their marriage and was back in their home together in Atlanta. “TMZ why ya be lying,” Cardi responded. “I haven’t been in Atl since Christmas.”
Cardi B announced her split from Offset at the top of December last year. The marriage was stalled by what is rumored to be additional women involved with Offset. The high-profile split carried over into Cardi’s Rolling Loud performance and has continued to dominate headlines.
While Cardi and Offset are not back together and currently are not in the same city, they will be in the forthcoming days. Cardi will be in Atlanta on Saturday to perform alongside of her friend Bruno Mars at the State Farm Arena as apart of the Bud Light Music Festival. Migos are slated to perform on a different night.
The currently split couple both will take Los Angeles for the Grammy Awards. Cardi B will be up for numerous awards for the night, as Migos have also fielded a couple nominations. The Invasion of privacy rapper will also take the stage. While she won’t perform during the big game, Cardi B will still have a Super Bowl presence when she appears in the new Pepsi commercial alongside another Hip-Hop icon in Lil’ Jon.
