Seems like Theraflu isn’t too pleased with Kanye’s reference of their product in his Wednesday release, “Theraflu.”
The company released a statement, “We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and the likeness of Theraflu in this manner.” While it may or may not lead to legal action TMZ points out the use of words “image” and “likeness” are often used in legal action.
