Dr. Dre, Snoop Dog, and Tupac-Coachella 2012
With the insane amount of posthumous releases, Tupac has already proven that death cannot stop his musical production and voice. Although, Dr. Dre’s surprise at last year’s Coachella, took things to an entirely new level. For the first time in over a decade, “Tupac” was able to perform, sort of, as a hologram.
This wasn’t really a group reunion, more like a feel good, and a little creeped out, moment. Dre and Snoop were Tupac’s close friends and work mates. So to see them all together, performing, was a special treat for the bewildered crowd. The hologram was insanely realistic looking, which warrants it’s inclusion on this list. Hopefully, more people begin to use this technology. It would be awesome to see Puffy and Biggie on the stage one last time.
