A Tribe Called Quest are responsible for some of the biggest hip hop records of all time. Their first three albums are considered to be classics, and while their final two did not receive as much fan fare, they are still decent rap records. After their fifth album, The Love Movement, internal strain and pressures tore the trio-comprised of: emcees Phife Dawg and Q-Tip, and DJ Al Shaheed Muhammad-forcing them to split. They were not seen on the stage for almost six full years.

Luckily, at Rock the Bells in 2004, the group reunited in front of a packed Angles Stadium in Anaheim, California. They performed almost all of their classics, and their set was over two hours long. All of their fans-whether one of the lucky few at the festival or not-were happy to see the influential group back together and on stage. It was an important moment for hip hop.
