A Look At Some Of The Greatest Reunion Moments In Hip-Hop and R&B

Wu Tang Clan-Coachella 2013

The members of the Wu Tang Clan have become some of the hardest working and elusive artists in the game. It’s hard to get a group of three or four to sit down for an interview or show up for a concert—nine is ridiculous. Now factor in that each of the members are legends in their own right, releasing solo and collaborative projects away from the Clan imprint: it almost becomes an impossibility to have them all on the same page. Although, in past years, these factors have not been too much of a detriment, and the Clan has been able to function.

Coachella was not the first time all of the members were together this year, but it was one of the only times that everyone seemed to be in a good mood. This meant that the nine emcees were in rare form, performing tons of classics for their awaiting fans. While they did have to perform when other major acts were starting, their set was considered stellar by many who watched. Not really a reunion, but more of a family reunion I guess.
