Dipset-10th Anniversary for Diplomatic Immunity
Cam’ron and Dipset were able to string together numerous hits during the 2000’s, becoming one of the most popular crews among fans. Their first album-Diplomatic Immunity- was a fan favorite, members Juelz Santana and Jim Jones went on to produce multiple number one songs. After the release of their second album, Diplomatic Immunity 2, the group was hit by the fame bug. There was rift between Cam’ron and Jim Jones, that halted all production and performances that the group was taking part of.
In 2010, Cam’ron and Jim Jones announced that they had squashed their beef, and this past March the group came together for the first time in nearly six years. They hosted a celebration for the tenth anniversary of their first release, Diplomatic Immunity. The concert was a major success, featuring surprise performances by the likes of Waka Flocka Flame, as well as, the group performing a large portion of their collective catalog. There have been hints and rumors that the group may be in the studio again, we hope that these are all true.
