TAO Nightclub kicked off their weekend long party at The Village at the Lift in Park City on Friday night. Once again, guests eagerly lined up to enter the annual exclusive pop-up nightclub.
As the night progressed, Rick Ross came onto TAO’s stage to do a special performance and was surprised by Big Boi who jumped on stage and helped him pump up the crowd. Rick Ross performed in celebration of Steve Stoute’s VH1 Documentary series “The Tanning of America: One Nation Under Hip Hop.” Also spotted at the exclusive event was Lil Jon who was celebrating his birthday by popping bottles of Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé with friends including Cisco Adler and Matisyahu. Tao at Village at The Lift was presented by Moët & Chandon and Stella Artois in Park City, Utah.

Swiss luxury watch brand Hublot hosted an intimate event for their limited edition collaboration with Shawn “JAY Z” Carter during the first night at the Barclays Center for his Magna Carta world tour. The event brought together fashion industry influencers and celebrities to celebrate the luxury timepieces now available exclusively at Hublot Boutiques worldwide. Previously launched in Zurich, the two classic timepieces embody an effortless fusion of luxury and craftsmanship. The Shawn Carter by Hublot 45mm timepieces feature black alligator straps and a cutaway dial that holds the Shawn Carter sunburst-like emblem along with Hublot’s 2.9 millimeter HUB1300 movement. The limited edition watches come in a black ceramic option, (quantity 250 globally) and an 18 karat yellow gold option (quantity 100 globally). Pepsi is partnering with The Recording Academy to produce the 56th GRAMMY “Best New Artist” program, which is a discovery vehicle promoting the artists nominated for this annual award category. Pepsi unveiled a behind-the-scenes in-depth look at this year’s nominees, featuring breakout stars who received GRAMMY nominations, including: James Blake, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kacey Musgraves and Ed Sheeran. The Pepsi “Best New Artist” program will also feature a branded station on iTunes Radio, dedicated to nominees and based on the official GRAMMY “Best New Artist” category. The “Best New Artist” station will launch on January 15. As an extension of the “Best New Artist” program, fans will also be able to learn more about each GRAMMY nominee by visiting a new Xbox Live Pepsi destination. Within the Pepsi branded destination, Xbox will feature a “Watch-to-Win” sweepstakes where fans will automatically be entered to win prizes, including an Xbox Music subscription or a flyaway trip for two to the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Pepsi is the first brand associated with Xbox Music, and also the first brand to give away subscriptions for the platform.
Mack Wilds was spotted at AXE’s unveiling of its new campaign “Axe Peace – Make Love Not War.” Guests enjoyed tasty hors d’oeuvres and cocktails and were able to view their new Super Bowl commercial on the big screen.

On Saturday Jan. 18 hundreds of people gathered outside Terminal 23 at Cafe Rouge to celebrate Carmelo Anthony’s 10th anniversary with the Jordan brand as well as the release of his new M10 sneaker. DJ’s Clark Kent and Ross One spun the wheels of steel as partygoers enjoyed as many Hennessy Gingers, Belvedere Ace’s, and Heineken’s as they could drink. The very dapper Carmelo sported an all black suit with ‘Year of the Horse” Jordan Brand sneakers while wife Lala Anthony looked absolutely stunning in an all black fitted Moschino dress. Notable attendees include: JR Smith, Angela Yee, Estelle, Anthony Hamilton, and DJ CLUE.
