4. Baron Davis’ Blind Man’s Bluff
The tough point guard from California had an embarrassing All-Star Weekend moment when he blindfolded himself for one of his dunk attempts in the 2001 Slam Dunk Contest. Davis boasted that his replacement dunk would be his, “secret weapon,” and by secret weapon he meant a disaster that we would never forget.
To make the situation even worse, there is a clear hole in the headband that Davis places over his eyes. Even with the assistance of the poked hole, that still wasn’t enough for Davis’ windmill attempt to even make contact with the rim. Davis probably gets a good laugh when he looks back at this debacle.
